Finch: Lowest Cost Design
Our designs are named after animals. The Finch is tiny and probably doesn't cost a lot at the pet store.
This design is based on Microchip's 18F65 series microprocessor which costs about $2 US in small quantities and is well-supported by their factory. We have used Microchip processors in a number of designs and have found them easiest to get and reliable.
A block diagram of the web server is shown on the left.
This design is ideal for applications where basic web pages need to be created.

We have built Finch-based web servers as an add-on to existing products or as built-in components to new circuit designs.
Owl: Powerful Architecture
This family uses an ARM 7 processor manufactured by Philips Semiconductor. While the processor is low cost and fast, it requires external memory which adds to the cost.

The Owl's speed allow complex web pages to be generated.
